You don't need to be fit to start
This is the bit people don't believe. You don't need to 'get a bit fitter first'. You don't need kit beyond comfortable clothes and trainers. You don't need to know what a kettlebell is. Starting is the fitness.
Most of the people who walk into KORE for the first time haven't trained in years — or ever. Here's what starting actually looks like, so there are no surprises.

It's a conversation, not a test. We'll sit down, talk about what you want, what's stopped you before and anything we should know about your body. Then, if you want, we'll walk you round the floor and show you what a session looks like.
Nobody will ask you to do anything you're not ready for.
If you're a complete beginner we'll usually recommend coached sessions to begin with, because learning the movements with someone watching is quicker and safer. If you're confident training alone, KORE Access — our open gym membership — might suit you better. We'll tell you straight.
KORE is built for adults 40+. The people you'll train alongside are teachers, nurses, hoteliers, retirees — people who want to feel better, not perform. That changes the atmosphere completely.
