Each session targets areas of restriction and imbalance (hips, shoulders, spine, ankles ) using foam rollers, bands, dynamic stretches, and controlled breath.

KORE ZONES™ is our rotational station-based format, combining strength, cardio, and core training in a fast-paced, team-energy environment.
Each session is split into 3–4 zones (e.g., treadmills, dumbbells, core stations, SkillMills), with participants rotating every few minutes for maximum variety and metabolic impact.
